Overview & acceptance

By installing, accessing, or playing FarmSprint, you agree to these Terms. If you’re under the age required by your local law, a parent or guardian must accept on your behalf.

Your license to play

We grant you a personal, non-commercial, non-transferable, revocable license to use FarmSprint on supported devices. Don’t copy, decompile, sell, rent, or cheat the game. All rights not expressly granted remain with us.

Fair play & community

• No exploits, bots, unauthorized mods, or tampering with network calls.
• No harassment, hate speech, or naming that targets individuals or groups.
• We may review suspicious scores and remove clearly impossible results.

User content

If you share nicknames, screenshots, or feedback, you allow us a worldwide, non-exclusive license to use, display, and adapt them for game features (e.g., leaderboards, bug reports, promotional showcases) without compensation. Don’t upload anything you don’t have rights to.

Virtual items & currency

FarmSprint may include skins or virtual currency. These are licensed features with no real-world value. We may balance or retire items to maintain fair gameplay. Virtual items are not refundable except where required by law or platform policy.

Payments, refunds & platforms

All purchases are processed by your platform store (Apple, Google, Steam, etc.). That store’s terms apply to billing and refunds. We keep proof of entitlement to restore items across devices. For refund questions, contact the store; we’ll help with documentation if needed.

Names & leaderboards

Leaderboard participation is optional. If enabled, your chosen name may appear in-game and in community features. Don’t impersonate others, use slurs, or post ads. We reserve the right to reset names that violate these rules.

Warranties & liability

FarmSprint is provided “as is.” We aim for smooth 60fps fields, but we don’t guarantee uninterrupted or error-free play. To the extent allowed by law, we aren’t liable for indirect or special damages. If liability can’t be excluded, it’s limited to the amount you paid in the last 12 months.

Updates & changes

We may update FarmSprint (new levels, balance tweaks, bug fixes) and these Terms as needed. Material changes will be communicated in-game or on our site. Continued play means you accept the updated Terms.

Law & contact

These Terms apply to the extent permitted by your local law. Where allowed, disputes will be resolved in the courts nearest our U.S. office in Kentucky. If a clause is unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.
