Privacy in plain English

FarmSprint jumps over fences, not over your privacy. We don’t sell player data. We don’t read your contacts. We sync only what’s needed for core features like saves, leaderboards, and fixing crashes.

Gameplay, saves & leaderboards

• Progress sync. When enabled, we store your current level, coins, skins, and settings so you can continue on another device.
• Leaderboards. If you opt in, your public name and score appear on weekly and all-time boards. You can switch to a random alias or hide your scores anytime.
• Device basics. We may record general device info (model, OS version, language, country) to deliver the right build and assets.

Purchases & platform stores

All payments run through Apple, Google, Steam, or your platform’s store. We don’t receive your full payment details. We store purchase confirmations (e.g., an order token) so unlocked items remain available and can be restored.

Refunds are handled by the store you used. If something breaks, we’ll help you talk to them with the right receipts.

Performance & crash insights

We track stability (crash reports, loading times, frame dips) to fix issues and tune levels. These reports usually include anonymized device/OS info and the game state near the crash — not your personal messages.

Where available, you can switch to a “minimal diagnostics” mode in Settings.

Player support & messages

When you email farmsprint@gmail.com or use the contact form, we receive your message and reply address. If you attach screenshots or logs, we’ll use them only to solve your issue. We retain resolved threads for a reasonable period to spot recurring bugs.

Young players & family mode

FarmSprint is designed for a general audience. If a child uses the game, a parent or guardian should enable Family Mode in Settings: muted chat nicknames, private leaderboards, fewer prompts, and stricter data minimization. We don’t knowingly collect personal info from children. If you believe we have, contact us and we’ll delete it.

Your choices

• Leaderboard visibility. Show alias, show username, or hide — switch in Settings anytime.
• Diagnostics. Standard or minimal — fewer analytics with potentially less precise fixes.
• Data copy/delete. Email us to get a portable copy of your account data or to request deletion.

Security & retention

We use industry-standard safeguards to protect accounts and saves. We keep data only as long as needed for gameplay, legal requirements, or unresolved disputes. Backups rotate and expire on a schedule.

Contact & region notes

Depending on your location, you may have additional rights (access, correction, objection). We’ll honor applicable local laws and respond within a reasonable timeframe.
